These conditions apply to wholesale supply by K.Distribution to professional buyers. They are supplemented by the terms of each written quotation and order confirmation, which prevail in case of conflict.
Payment, cancellation, claims and liability terms applicable to an order are stated in the written quotation and order confirmation supplied for that transaction.
Quotations
Quotations are valid for the period stated on the quotation and are subject to availability at the time of order confirmation. Availability is confirmed at quotation stage and is not guaranteed by the presence of a product on this website.
Specifications and packaging
Packaging format, labelling and language may vary by sourcing market. The specification supplied is the one stated in the order confirmation.
Delivery and Incoterms
Deliveries are made under the Incoterm stated in the quotation (Incoterms® 2020). Risk and cost transfer according to that term.
Destination compliance
The buyer is responsible for import eligibility, import permits, product registration, destination labelling requirements and customs clearance in the destination country. We supply the export documentation we are able to provide and make no representation that a product is eligible for import into a given market.
