- What is a mixed FMCG container?
- A mixed container combines products from multiple brands and categories into a single shipment, rather than filling a container with one SKU. It lets a buyer cover a broad assortment — food, beverages, personal care and household lines together — while shipping at full-container freight rates.
- Can I mix brands and categories in one shipment?
- Yes. Products from different brands and different categories can be consolidated into the same pallet or container, subject to compatibility of storage requirements and any destination import restrictions.
- What container sizes are available?
- 20ft, 40ft and 40ft high-cube containers, as well as consolidated pallets for smaller orders. The most suitable option depends on your volume and destination; we advise at quotation stage.
- Is there a minimum order quantity?
- Minimum quantities vary by product and are typically set per carton or per pallet. Send your list and target volumes and we will confirm the minimums that apply to your selection.
- How is a mixed container quoted?
- Quotation depends on the product mix, total volume and weight, your destination port and the Incoterm you require. We return a single commercial quotation covering the goods and, where requested, freight.
- Who is responsible for import compliance?
- K.Distribution prepares standard export documentation. Import permits, destination labelling requirements, registration and customs clearance in the destination country remain the responsibility of the buyer, though we support with the documentation we can supply.
