FMCG Supply for Importers

You carry the import. What we can do is make the goods, the paperwork and the load fit what your side of the border requires.

The part of the job that sits with you

An importer is not simply a buyer with a longer lead time. You are the party of record at the border: the registrations, the permits, the customs entry and the compliance of what arrives are yours, and they are assessed against documents rather than intentions.

That shapes what a good supplier relationship looks like from your side. Price matters, but a supplier who cannot evidence origin, or who discovers at the loading bay that a certificate does not exist, costs more than one who is a few percent dearer and precise.

What we handle on our side

  • Multi-brand sourcing, so an assortment does not require a relationship per manufacturer
  • Consolidation into mixed pallets or containers, planned against volume and weight
  • Commercial invoice and packing list prepared against the load as actually shipped
  • Origin recorded per SKU, and evidenced where it can be
  • Product documentation we hold, supplied so your broker can assess eligibility

Where landed cost is actually decided

Importers who focus only on unit price tend to be surprised by the landed number. The variables that move it most are usually settled before the goods are picked.

Working with us

  1. Send the product list, quantities, destination port and Incoterm.
  2. We confirm availability line by line and flag anything we cannot evidence.
  3. The load is planned against carton dimensions and weights before freight is quoted.
  4. You receive one quotation covering goods, consolidation and freight on your terms.

Common questions

Can you confirm my products are importable into my market?
No, and we would be careless to try. Eligibility depends on the product, its origin, the manufacturing facility, labelling and rules set by your destination. What we can do is supply the documentation we hold so you and your broker can assess it before you commit.
Will origin be documented per line?
Origin is recorded per SKU, and where it is confirmed it is stated. Where it is not confirmed, we say so rather than guess — a wrong origin declaration causes far more difficulty at the border than an honest gap.
Can I use my own freight forwarder?
Yes. On FCA or FOB terms we prepare and load to your nomination. Tell us the forwarder with the enquiry so the quotation is built on the right basis.
